Brainstorming and Discussion Session for the First Group of Specialists in Preparation for Developing a Bullying Intervention Procedures Manual

A discussion and brainstorming session was held at Madaarat Center for Community Development in Nablus, bringing together the first group of social and psychological counselors targeted under the “EDMAAJ 2” project, along with several members of the project’s youth team. The session included 14 male and female counselors.
This session was part of the preliminary steps to develop the “Bullying Intervention Procedures Manual.” Participants discussed their field experiences and shared practical ideas and observations on the best possible responses to bullying cases in educational and community settings.
The session aimed to engage specialists in formulating practical, actionable guidelines based on local realities, taking into account cultural and social challenges to ensure the effectiveness of the upcoming manual in addressing this growing phenomenon.
This initiative represents one of the key collaborative efforts under the “EDMAAJ 2” project, leveraging the expertise of field professionals alongside youth perspectives to develop a comprehensive and professional framework that enhances prevention, protection, and response to bullying.
