The Madarat Center works on economically empowering women and youth, fully aware of the obstacles and challenges they face due to the lack of job opportunities in the Palestinian market. Therefore, we aim to support them in improving their skills in the field of economic entrepreneurship by providing them with technical and financial skills, introducing them to modern technologies they can use, as well as professional skills like problem-solving and time management.
Through these activities, the Madarat Center has successfully created direct and indirect job opportunities for young women who have become economically independent and have their own source of income.
The program also focuses on training women and youth in sales, purchasing, management, and marketing mechanisms, contributing to the creation of new job opportunities for a larger number of women and youth, particularly in the production and provision of healthy food products.
