Capacity Building Program for Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship of Women and Youth

The Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Capacity-Building Program for Women and Youth aims to enhance participants’ skills, knowledge, and capabilities, enabling them to achieve sustainable economic independence. It also seeks to strengthen the Center’s economic capacities and mobilize self-support resources.
FIRST: Economic Capacity-Building Program Activities:
1) Training and Skills Development, includes:
- Entrepreneurship training.
- Vocational skills training.
- Digital literacy.
- Marketing and sales skills.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
2) Mentorship and Guidance, includes:
- Business mentorship.
- Cooperative learning networks.
3) Access to Resources, includes:
- Financial literacy programs.
- Resource centers.
- Market linkages.
Through these activities, Madarat Center contributes to empowering women and youth economically, helping them achieve financial independence and actively contribute to their communities’ development.

SECOND: Economic Capacity-Building Initiatives of Madarat Center Projects
1) Establishment of the “Revive Palestine” Online Store:
Aims to promote Palestinian products, especially heritage items and handicrafts, to preserve their sustainability and expand the market base for small-scale artisans and producers, particularly women and youth. The initiative creates sustainable job opportunities, empowers them economically, and strengthens the team’s capacity in business management, marketing strategies, e-commerce, and brand-building.
2) Establishment of the Central Bakery and Kitchen “Baytna Kitchen”:
Targets women’s economic empowerment through practical technical training in food production, conducting workshops on healthy food manufacturing, fostering entrepreneurial skills in the food sector, and acquiring market expansion skills.
3) Management of School Canteens:
Aims to empower women and youth economically by enhancing their abilities in sales management, quality control, financial management, customer service, and consumer behavior analysis.
