The program aims to implement a series of sub-activities to build the capacities, train, and qualify civil society activists and interested individuals (the majority of whom are women), in addition to local youth and women\u2019s civil society organizations. These activities have equipped participants with skills in the following areas:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Establishing and managing volunteer programs.<\/li>\n
  • Developing general life skills.<\/li>\n
  • Healthy food production.<\/li>\n
  • Digital marketing.<\/li>\n
  • Writing project proposals.<\/li>\n
  • Designing youth policies, codes of conduct, and fact sheets.<\/li>\n
  • Implementing awareness and advocacy campaigns.<\/li>\n
  • Designing support and endorsement campaigns.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible citizenship and social inclusion.<\/li>\n
  • Community dialogue and accountability.<\/li>\n
  • Combating hate speech and bullying.<\/li>\n
  • Designing and implementing community initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    By mid-2025, the number of direct beneficiaries from these training and capacity-building programs had reached 2,225 individuals, in addition to 55 civil society organizations from both the non-governmental and academic sectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

    • “Behavioral Therapy” Workshops.<\/li>\n
    • “Life Skills for the Labor Market” Training Courses.<\/li>\n
    • “Volunteer Management” Training Courses for Organizations.<\/li>\n
